If a commission violates the stated terms, I have the rights to refuse, and also if it is not up my comfortable space to do so.

I can only open limited slots at a time. It will temporarily close until I finish the commissions before reopening again. The number of avaiable slots may change otherwise depending on the current free time.

Commissions are accepted in a first-come first-serve basis.

Prices are in USD and is requested through PayPal invoice.

There will be no refunds once the commission has started after payment.

Payment is done in full, after the first sketch draft.

Complexity of the subject may affect the final price as there will be additional fees.

I will be sending the finished commission in multiple versions depending on the outcome, including one without watermark.

Received commission is strictly for personal use and not commercialised work.

There is no set deadline for the commission progress, and I cannot accept to be asked for one. This occurence may change, but additional fees may be added to it.

I hold the rights to post your commission, unless stated beforehand-- in social media, personal portfolios, etc.

DO NOT make profits of the commission [reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, merchandise, etc.]

Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for non-fungible tokens (NFT).

Use of the artwork for any advertising and profits associated with NFTs, cryptocurrency and AI is strictly prohibited.

However, you are allowed to post it in your social media, alter or edit as long as it is for personal use only, given proper credit that will lead to my social medias.

A commission's duration varies depending on my current free time to work on it. As stated above, it is not guaranteed to be done in a few days.

In general, my commissions can take from a few weeks, up to 6-7 months. For now it is still uncertain, so I recommend not to request if you are not patient.

Every finished piece is made in a soft, painting-like style with a textured brush.

Colours in each piece are decided by mood and can vary with the character given, i.e: a cute, cheerful character is drawn with a bright/pastel pallete. It is encouraged to state what mood you would like your character to be seen, but not compulsory.

Backgrounds are done simple [one-color, gradient] according to the final subject drawn.

Props or animal/live companions can be added if requested, but may be charged additional background/character fee.

Revisions can be done only twice after the first sketch draft is shown. Please provide a specific position and expression of your character beforehand if needed, and during revision discussions.

Additional characters are charged separately with the same price as the commission type chosen. A maximum of two is allowed.

Illustration can be done both in portrait and landscape canvases, depending on the final sketch.

WILL DO: OCs, Fan-art and FCs. Female or feminine-coded, kemonomimi, flowers and certain props. Mild NSFW, blood according to mood.

WILL NOT: Gore, mecha, furry or anthros, muscles/bara, heavy NSFW.

According to the will do/will not requirements, it is not set exactly as stated. For example, I can do male/masculine-coded characters just fine, but depends if the design is up to my ability. The said list may change or added over time and art improvements.

If the subject is a real person, please provide a detailed photo of them. However, I may refuse the commission if it is not what I am able to draw.
